• Fillout: interactive health assessment quizzes for lead generation and personalised health insights.
• Mailchimp: email marketing platform for newsletters and health-related communications, where you have subscribed.

All third-party service providers are required to handle your personal information securely and in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

5A. Quiz funnel and health assessment data collection

I offer interactive health assessment quizzes on this website designed to help you understand your primary health concerns. To provide personalised quiz results, you will be asked to provide:

• Health and wellness information.
• Your responses to health assessment questions.

Your quiz responses are processed through Fillout and are used to generate your personalised quiz result, add you to my mailing list for health-related communications where you have not opted out, and tag or score your profile in my CRM system to help identify relevant services and follow-up communications.

Your quiz data is treated as personal information and health-related information, handled with confidentiality, and retained in accordance with applicable professional and legal standards. You will be able to unsubscribe from mailing list communications at any time.

5B. Cross-border data transfer

Squarespace is based in the United States. This means your personal information, contact details, and website analytics data may be stored, processed, and accessed from servers located outside New Zealand. Additionally, Fillout and Mailchimp are also US-based services.

By providing your personal information and using this website and my services, you consent to the transfer of your personal information outside New Zealand. You acknowledge that personal information held overseas may not be given the same level of protection as provided by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, although Squarespace, Cal.com, Fillout, and Mailchimp maintain security standards and privacy protections in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
